FLAT EARTH POLITICAL PARTY OF ISRAEL (FLEAP ISRAEL): “Mahane Yehuda”
The concept of establishing a Reform Party began to gain traction in Jerusalem in 2019. Numerous ordinary Israeli citizens from various backgrounds expressed their concerns regarding the preservation of the fundamental values, primary objectives, and intrinsic nature of the People of Israel, which they felt were increasingly threatened in contemporary society. This initiative also aimed to restore a moral authority within the State of Israel, fostering a balance between traditional perspectives and modern aspirations. Currently, this concept is being revitalized through the formation of the first Flat Earth Party (F.L.E.A.P) in Israel, named “Mahane Yehuda,” or “Yehuda’s Camp.” This party operates entirely independently of governmental bodies, private enterprises, political factions, religious organizations, sects, or clandestine groups. The emblem of “Yehuda’s Camp” features the Alliance of the Dome, depicting a staff adorned with three pomegranate buds, inspired by a coin issued by Judean rebels against the Roman Empire in the year 3828 (68 AD). This symbol stands as a testament to Judean nobility and resistance against Roman oppression and world tyranny.
CONSTITUTION
Name of the Party
The party is named “Mahane Yehuda” or “Yehuda’s camp”
Nature of the Party
Yehuda’s camp is a Flat Earth Party (F.L.E.A.P). As all Flat Earth Parties, Its main objective is to regroup all citizens, no matter of their backgrounds, races, religious affiliations, previous political ideologies, and social classes, to re-establishing a sane society of people, seeking and and advocating for the Truth at all its levels. It seeks to genuinely address the fundamental challenges facing its nation and to distinguish itself from all traditional political organizations, mostly corrupted, deceptive and uncapable of resolving any serious issue. It has the commitment to caring for, understanding, and advocating for all of its citizens, and to ensure a sane modernization of the State of Israel by protecting the fundamental values and identity of its citizens in the development of a healthy and intelligent society.
Basic objectives
1. Our literature elucidates the profound and original connections between Ishmael and Israel, as well as the eventual resurgence of the Arab nations, which will lead to the restoration of the sacred Covenant among the genuine descendants of Abraham. In this context, the Party is committed to fostering a robust and enduring peace with Israel’s neighboring countries and the broader Arab world through enhanced economic collaboration, envisioned as a Regional Economic Alliance or “Commonwealth”. The Party posits that strengthening economic ties with our immediate neighbors is a prudent strategy to significantly bolster not only the national economy but also to enhance and solidify regional peace and prosperity. Consequently, the agenda of the Party prioritizes the establishment of a Regional Economic Alliance, referred to as the “Mideast Commonwealth,” between the State of Israel and its neighboring nations. This economic partnership must initially encompass military and security cooperation to safeguard and protect member countries from local or any regional terrorist threats
The designation of Israel, the People of Israel, and the territory of Israel is exclusively articulated through the foundational texts of the Torah.
2. Consequently, the claim of the People of Israel to the land of Israel is unequivocal, notwithstanding the fact that other groups may also possess the right to inhabit the area, as has historically been the case. Therefore, the repatriation, gathering, and reintegration of all members of the People of Israel, including its expatriates, into Israel is a foremost objective of the Party.
3. The Flat Earth Party of Israel seeks to foster a National and International Consciousness centered on Israel’s core values, which they believe are essential for all of humanity. They contend that Democratic Liberalism often prioritizes social progress over fundamental human values. The Party asserts that a renewed focus on the intrinsic understanding of the Torah is crucial for cultivating the national awareness needed to address many of the pressing issues facing our society.
4. The people of Israel residing in the State of Israel can only thrive and develop in this context. Therefore, the Party serves as a guardian of the Jewish identity within the land of Israel.
5. It is important to clarify that, contrary to the beliefs propagated by Democratic education, a reform party should not be viewed as despotic or, like many democracies, as a veiled dictatorship. The Party is fundamentally tasked with the protection and promotion of the identity, values, and welfare of its people. While history does reveal instances of people who have misused their authority and acted as despots, thereby failing in their sovereign responsibilities, the Party advocates for the preservation and enhancement of a parliamentary system that upholds individual freedom of thought along with the rights and values of both individuals and citizens.
6. Our literature serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of respecting those who are unfamiliar to us, particularly as we have often found ourselves in the position of being outsiders in unfamiliar territories. In alignment with this principle, the Party advocates for the equal rights and responsibilities of all citizens and residents, ensuring that no fundamental discrimination exists. Additionally, we will reinstate the provision for free access to justice services and eliminate the requirement for legal representation.
7. The Party advocates for the prohibition of all forms of homosexual promotion. We view homosexuality as a fundamental challenge to the natural order and the essence of life itself. Historically, it has been associated with significant adversities that Israel has consistently opposed, as it has often been a catalyst for the most formidable threats to both Israel and humanity, leading civilizations toward their own decline. The public display of homosexuality in Israel is perceived as a profound affront to the values we uphold and poses a serious risk to the moral integrity of our society and humanity at large. Consequently, our party prioritizes the ban on any homosexual propaganda within Israeli society, while also offering support to those affected by homosexuality and related sexual disorders.
8. In accordance with the teachings found in our sacred texts, which emphasize the importance of consulting our elders when faced with significant decisions, the Party aims to establish a “Council of the Elders of Israel”, or “Senate”. A key aspect of the Party’s agenda is the formation of a moral authority comprised of the most distinguished elder citizens of Israel. This Council of Elders will serve to uphold the connection between our contemporary society and the core values of the People of Israel. It will possess the authority to annul decisions that threaten these values. This national council will hold a status equivalent to that of the Supreme Court of Justice and may ultimately supersede it.
9. The reform of the prison system is a pressing issue. The prison system in the State of Israel, akin to those in other democracies, often overlooks the genuine rehabilitation of inmates who may struggle to improve their circumstances and, consequently, to make amends to society for their offenses. The existing prison framework is insufficient in addressing the violence, crime, and brutality that can arise from the harsh living conditions faced by many inmates. In light of this, the Party prioritizes the establishment of educational towns and villages, where prisoners can be housed in humane environments that promote a dignified lifestyle, facilitating their journey towards becoming responsible members of society. Additionally, the current prison facilities will be repurposed into transitional centers and essential administrative structures.
10. Housing reform is essential in a free market economy, where the government should not restrict citizens’ opportunities to enhance their financial status. Nevertheless, the State also has a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare and happiness of its populace. Therefore, the Party prioritizes the development of high-quality housing that is accessible at significantly lower prices and under improved conditions compared to the existing market. The aim is to ensure that apartments are available for one-third of their current market value. To achieve this, a set of regulations will be implemented regarding the purchase and resale of these properties, ensuring that the most disadvantaged individuals have the opportunity to attain homeownership.
11. Recognizing the crucial role of the Press in upholding Truth and Freedom within society, the Party prioritizes the liberation of the Press from any external or governmental pressures. Nevertheless, given the significant influence wielded by the Press, all its entities must take full responsibility for their respective publications.
12. The dispatch of explorers to the region of Canaan, as referenced in our texts, underscores the vital significance and operational frameworks of State Intelligence. Consequently, the Party prioritizes the modernization of our Security and Intelligence agencies across all tiers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources to safeguard the interests and security of both the State and its citizens. This initiative encompasses a substantial increase in the salaries of Intelligence personnel and enhancements to their working environments. Additionally, a national observance, “The Day of the Unknown Soldier” will be instituted to honor these unsung heroes who operate in the shadows, enabling our society to thrive. Furthermore, a Crisis Management Office will be established to deliver security, humanitarian, and financial support to citizens and businesses during times of crisis.
13. Support for religious institutions is a key aspect of our agenda. While the Party does not identify as a religious organization, it is committed to upholding the Jewish values articulated in the sacred texts that our religious institutions have diligently preserved and studied. Consequently, our program encompasses financial, logistical, and political assistance for all Torah Study Centers dedicated to interpreting and elucidating both the written and oral Torah. Additionally, safeguarding all holy sites is an essential component of the Party’s mission.
14. The need for tax reform and the simplification of the taxation system is paramount. The intricate nature of the existing tax framework contributes to corruption and places undue financial burdens on individuals across all strata of society. A comprehensive overhaul of the tax system is essential, beginning with the prompt elimination of VAT and social charges. Ultimately, a straightforward 10% tax on the gross income of individuals and businesses should be implemented, thereby eliminating the need for complicated and costly accounting practices.
15. The initiative for the development of Southern Israel prioritizes enabling Israeli companies to establish and operate private gaming houses and casinos, beginning with the city of Eilat and the hotels surrounding the Dead Sea area.
16. The Party is committed to upholding an economic framework that prioritizes free trade, free from direct government intervention, while fostering overall economic growth. It advocates for the maintenance of a minimum wage that ensures a decent standard of living for the most vulnerable members of society. Additionally, the Party supports the provision of a basic salary for homemakers who play a crucial role in sustaining family stability. It also seeks to offer support and resources to struggling businesses and proposes the elimination of property taxes for individuals.
17. As a Flat Earth Party (F.L.E.A.P), the Party is committed to promoting accessible and enhanced education for all citizens across various levels. This initiative will involve a thorough review and removal of any misleading information currently present in the education system. Additionally, the Party seeks to align school hours with the schedules of the workforce to better accommodate the needs of students and working individuals.
18. The Party is committed to providing accessible and enhanced health services for all citizens across various levels. Additionally, it seeks to reinstate a quality-driven independent private health service.
19. In contemporary societies often labeled as “liberal”, “modern” or “democratic”, the traditional practice of families caring for their elderly members has diminished significantly, a stark contrast to the customs upheld for centuries in various nations. This shift can be attributed to the alarming decline of the Family principle, or “family system” which is nearing extinction in today’s so-called “modern” societies. In response, the Party is committed to advocating for a comprehensive reassessment of pension funds and providing support to families that wish to ensure their elders can live out their final years with dignity and surrounded by their loved ones.
20. Israel’s extensive history with individuals exhibiting low ethical standards, combined with the numerous Torah laws that safeguard ethical practices in business, underscores the significance of morality in economic activities and trade. In light of this, the Party intends to create a “Consumer Protection Office” and implement an Ethics License for professional endeavors. This license will be available unconditionally to all professionals, enabling them to pursue their chosen careers; however, it may be revoked if they are determined to have engaged in deliberate actions to deceive their clients, employers, or suppliers.
21. It is essential to recognize the significant emphasis our Books place on the vital rules surrounding food and eating. In line with this, the Party intends to establish an “Office for the Purity of Food”. While the privatization of kosher certification services will still be permitted, the Party acknowledges that corruption can more readily arise in systems where kosher certifications are monetized. Therefore, a key aspect of their agenda is the formation of an office dedicated to food purity, alongside a specialized police department aimed at addressing all forms of corruption within this sector. Additionally, the reintroduction of private markets will be supported to promote local natural food production.
22. The Party emphasizes the importance of safeguarding and enhancing environmental quality while managing various nuisances such as noise and pollution. It views the preservation of the fauna and flora in the Land of Israel as a vital aspect of protecting the cultural heritage of the Israeli people. Additionally, the Party advocates for measures that bolster the protection of citizens and residents from excessive noise and energy waste. To improve urban living conditions, the synchronization of delivery schedules for goods in populated areas with local traffic patterns will be implemented.
23. The Party prioritizes the development of uninhabited regions and the enhancement of underprivileged neighborhoods. It aims to harness the extensive expanse of the Negev while addressing the free growth of Bedouin settlements in the southern part of the country, especially near the borders, where there is a current concern regarding illegal immigration, trafficking networks, and potential terrorism. Additionally, the Party is committed to improving disadvantaged neighborhoods across health, economic, security, and social dimensions, regardless of the ethnic groups living in those areas.
24. As a Flat Earth Party, the Party is dedicated to exploring and redefining the genuine goals associated with any Space Research program, as well as establishing new, authentic scientific programs.
25. The Party is dedicated to the inclusion of minority populations within the public administration of the State.
26. The Party is dedicated to enhancing and safeguarding both public and individual safety.
27. The Party is dedicated to upholding and refining the National Service for both Citizens and Residents within the Army and Public Services. It is essential that the National Service does not disrupt or conclude the educational pursuits of individuals from religious communities. These individuals may be granted exemptions from the National Service to pursue their studies or may continue their education while fulfilling their National Service obligations, receiving additional financial assistance beyond what is provided by their respective religious education organizations. Recognizing the significant diversity among its members and the dedication of those from religious communities, the National Service will ensure a distinct separation for these individuals from the broader staff.
